The hotel staff arranged a delicious cake to celebrate my partner's birthday (it was a lovely surprise!). they upgraded us to a room. it had a beautiful sea view. i found this was the cherry on top. live music was also featured. I enjoyed it.

i found the air conditioning was on a motion detector, so the ac shut off overnight (it was a bit bothersome). i woke up in a hot room. i suggest they change this setting for better guest comfort.

The hotel had perfect service in the restaurant. I was able to choose from 4 starters and 4 mains. The views from the terrace bar overlook the bay. I also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus to the town center. It ran regularly.

The air conditioning in the room did not go below 23 degrees. I found this uncomfortable. The pool lining felt very sharp. The breakfast lacked fresh options like fresh juice.

I was disappointed that the food quality did not meet expectations. the dining area felt more like a cafeteria, it lacked a good atmosphere. securing a table was a hassle, and there was no outdoor seating available. the staff seemed impersonal and not particularly cute. it. This was very annoying.

I was charmed by the really good care from the staff. They were always friendly. the hotel was always clean. our family sea view room was probably the best family room i've ever had. the balcony view of vesuvio was amazing. I nearly cried. the size of the bed was very large.

the bus schedule wasn't as frequent as we liked, and it would have been nice to call for pick up when needed.
